HealthAnxiety.ai is an AI companion I built after 10+ years of dealing with health anxiety myself. It listens. It understands. And it helps you break the spiral — using CBT, compassion, and pattern awareness.


For over 10 years, I lived with the constant fear that something was wrong with me.
Chest pain? Probably a heart attack. Tingling? Must be MS.
And I couldn’t stop Googling. I’d check symptoms, get scared, feel better and then it would all come back.
I felt alone, even when people told me “You’re fine,” but it wasn’t fine. I was terrified.
I started learning about everything I could, including anxiety, CBT, neuroscience, Reddit communities like /r/health-anxiety… and it's probably helped me to understand why my mind was doing this.
Eventually, I started to learn the pattern to get healed.
So, it inspires me to build this AI. from someone who’s also been in the loop, to someone who might still be in it.
